Lean vs. Lean Six Sigma: What’s the difference, and which is the best choice for me?
Lean focuses on eliminating waste to increase efficiency, while Lean Six Sigma focuses on reducing both waste and process variation. If you are looking for a more holistic approach to process improvement with an emphasis on quality improvement, Lean Six Sigma might be the best choice. If your main goal is to enhance efficiency, Lean may be sufficient.

Green Belt vs. Black Belt: What’s the difference, and which is the best choice for me?
As a Green Belt, you spend about 20% of your time identifying problems, implementing solutions, and optimizing processes, leaving enough time for other tasks. In contrast, a Black Belt spends more time on Lean Six Sigma, tackling more complex problems and leading multiple improvement projects.
Green Belts focus on solving problems within a specific department, with responsibilities similar to those of a project manager. Black Belts, however, have greater responsibilities and take on a leadership role.
