Lean vs. Lean Six Sigma: What is the difference, and which is the best choice for me?
Lean focuses on eliminating waste to improve efficiency, while Lean Six Sigma aims to reduce both waste and process variation. If you’re looking for a more holistic approach to process improvement with an emphasis on quality, Lean Six Sigma may be the better choice. If your primary goal is to enhance efficiency, Lean may be sufficient.

Green Belt vs. Black Belt: What is the difference, and which is the best choice for me?
As a Green Belt, you spend approximately 20% of your time identifying problems, implementing solutions, and optimizing processes, leaving plenty of room for other tasks. In contrast, a Black Belt dedicates more time to Lean Six Sigma, taking on more complex challenges and leading multiple improvement projects. Green Belts focus on solving problems within a specific department, making their responsibilities comparable to those of a project manager. Black Belts, however, take on greater responsibilities and assume a leadership role.
