This is a bachelor’s level program, requiring that you have either completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course or gained substantial practical experience with Lean.

How long does the course take?

This online course consists of 10 live online sessions, each lasting 3 hours.

Once the causes are known, you’ll learn how to model improvements through experimentation. And of course, you’ll also learn how to implement and sustain these improvements effectively, ensuring that continuous learning and improvement become second nature.

Green Belt vs. Black Belt, what’s the difference and which is the best choice for me?

As a Green Belt, you spend roughly 20% of your time identifying problems, implementing solutions, and optimizing processes, leaving enough room for other tasks. A Black Belt, on the other hand, dedicates more time to Lean Six Sigma because they handle more complex problems and lead multiple improvement projects.

Green Belts focus on solving issues within a single department, making their responsibilities comparable to those of a project manager. Black Belts have broader responsibilities and take on a leading role.

Is there an option to follow this training in another language?
